he Tories must develop their own version of the Momentum campaign group in order to take on Labour at the next election, a senior Conservative MP has said. Robert Halfon, a former education minister and newly elected chairman of the Education Select Committee, said the Tories needed to imitate the pro-Jeremy Corbyn group.
